On February 21-25 GDG Professionals provided training on the topic of “training for the trainers” for its  DemirBank employees. In training interactive methods (brainstorming, discussions in groups, videotaping, case-studies) were used. Training was organized in the way that participants share their thoughts, discuss/analyze them.

During training period participants had chance learned to identify their attitude to presentation, ways to attract participants’ attention and keep it, to get prepared to presentation properly, to be able to overcome anxiety during presentation, to structure presentation, differentiate participants’ typology and their management at presentation, to recognize distractions in presentation,to handle different/difficult type of participants.

At the end of training successful participants received GDG Preofessionals Certificate.
