Gulzar Guliyeva started her activity in business as HRM and Administrative Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

At the same period within PwC she rendered headhunting and recruitment services to more than 30 world-wide companies. G.Guliyeva was first local professional rendering this service in Azerbaijan business.

Later 2000- 2005 she continued her career in Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic as HRM Adviser to the Chairman of the Board of the Bank.

Since 2005 G.Guliyeva is General Director of GDG Professionals.

She is author of the following books:

1. New Approach to HRM in Modern Azerbaijan– written with R. Young and A. Gilmour
2. 160 Interview Questions for Your Success and Professionalism.
3. Entrepreneurship and Fundamental of Management.

SABINA ZAIROVA

HR Coordinator

Sabina Zairova began her professional activity since 2008 in GDG Professionals. For this period of time, thanks to activity in the GDG Professionals, she acquired practical and theoretical knowledge in HRM, examined subtleties of management and turned into the worker making a valuable contribution to company development.

Whether  during carrying out interview, trainings or audit Sabina Zairova skillfully applies the acquired skills and represents interests of the company at high level.

She deserved respect and trust of clients for the responsible attitude to work, timely implementation of orders, satisfaction of expectations of clients and as a whole for the professionalism. 

Beginning from September 1, 2011 she continues her activity on position of HR Coordinator.

NAZRIN GAFARLI

HR Asisstant

Nazrin has started her career in GDG Professionals as HR Assissant from 2012.

She has choosen HRM for her future career. She considers herself lucky to start her first steps in HRM field from GDG Professionals. Within short period she has gained great experinence from different trainings given by GDG Professionals. She develops her knowledge and experience on HRM.

She aims to improve her skills, to make quality based candidate network from different fields and to continue her career succesfuly as team member of GDG Professionals.
