Performance management/Appraisal

When business is small and includes not more than 20 people it is not difficult to identify who performs well and meets targets and who does not.  Once it grows and employee numbers increase there is a need of perfect system to evaluate performance accordingly to identify who adds how much to company’s profitability, who lacks the required skills for meeting targets appropriately and who are failures.   Performance Evaluation/Appraisal training by GDG Professionals are designed with the objective of setting system which supports to improve both - individual and organizational performance by identifying targets, performance requirements, providing regular feedback, identifying training needs and providing promotions and career development of employees.

In case of corporate orders (all or most participants are from one company) hours are flexible i.e., may start second part of the day.
