By attending our First things first training participants will:
Understand importance of effective planning and learn to do it professionally
- Understand benefits of self-organization, positive self-talk/thinking and its implementation
- Priority tasks between urgent & important things
- Learn to set SMART goals and prepare proper action plan
- Know about affect of indecisiveness to Time-Management
- Learn to gain/obtain at least one extra hour per themselves

Methods used in training (brainstorming, discussions in groups, videotaping, case-studies) are interactive and organized in the way that participants share their thoughts, discuss/analyze them.

In case of corporate orders (all or most participants are from one company) hours are flexible i.e., may start second part of the day.
